The National Association of Hispanic Nurses is thrilled to announce Dallas, TX as the host city for our NAHN 50th Annual Conference! NAHN nurses, students, researchers, and healthcare professionals will gather at the Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas to learn, connect, and celebrate 50 years of NAHN.

The theme of the NAHN 50th Annual Conference is Familia, Cultura, Herencia: Cultivating the Legacy of Hispanic Nursing Excellence and Transforming the Health of Our Communities.

Registration 

Registration for the NAHN 50th Annual Conference will open in spring 2025. Early bird rates will be available through June 10. Regular rates will be available until online registration closes on July 9. Please note that NAHN Annual Gala tickets and Latino Leadership Institute passes are not included in your conference registration and must be purchased separately.

Conference Hotel & Travel

HOTEL

A block of rooms is being held at our host hotel, the The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, for $269 plus tax, per night. In addition to the nights of the conference, rooms are available at our pre-negotiated rate two days prior and post our conference. To book a room, click on this reservation link. The two main Dallas-area airports closest to Irving, Texas are Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL). 

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the primary international airport serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, and a significant portion of the airport's land is located in Irving, Grapevine, Euless, and Coppell. DFW is approximately 13.6 miles from Irving.

Dallas Love Field (DAL) is located in Dallas, and is a smaller airport that is still relatively close to Irving. DAL is approximately 19 miles from Irving.
