Ekta Srinivasa, PhD, RN


Ekta Srinivasa, PhD, RN is Founder and President of Improving Healthcare Culture, Inc. Dr. Srinivasa has spent over a decade in the healthcare setting in various capacities as a nurse, an educator, and a researcher.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Master of Science in Nursing from Curry College. She obtained her PhD in nursing in Health Policy and Population Health at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.  She has presented internationally and published on topics such as cardiac telemetry alarm fatigue and workplace bullying.

As founder of Improving Healthcare Culture, Inc, this nonprofit organization provides resources to individuals and organizations seeking strategies to mitigate the effects of workplace violence.  The focus is on marginalized employees in the workplace.

Antonio J. Iglesias, PharmD


Antonio J. Iglesias, PharmD, is a Vaccines Medical Director, Pfizer Vaccines US Medical Affairs. Dr. Iglesias is committed to making a difference in geographies that include children and adults with disproportionate vaccination rates. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering and a Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Florida. He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency in Pediatrics at the University of Florida/Jackson Health System. He lives in Miami, Florida.

Maria J. Tort, PhD


Maria J. Tort, PhD is a Vaccines Medical Director, Pfizer Vaccines US Medical Affairs. Dr. Tort previously held positions in global clinical development, safety, regulatory and medical affairs. Maria is a board-certified Toxicologist; she earned her PhD from Cornell University, College of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Microbiology and Immunology and her MBA from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Business. She lives in Houston, TX.
