The impact of COVID-19 on the Hispanic nursing workforce in New York City

My name is Patricia Rojas, and I am a doctoral student in the Ph.D. Nursing Science Program at the University of Alabama and The University of Alabama at Huntsville. This semester, I am conducting a research study and seeking volunteers. I am examining the impact COVID – 19 has had on the Hispanic nursing workforce.

To participate, you must meet the following criteria:

1.     identify as Hispanic or Latinx

2.     worked during the pandemic (after March 11, 2020)

3.     Are licensed to work as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York

As a participant in this study, you will be invited to participate in a Zoom interview. The interview will be recorded and is anticipated to take no more than one hour to complete. Participation in this study is voluntary. Your identity as a participant will remain confidential during and after the study.
