Cancellation Policy 

There is a $150 Cancellation fee for in-person attendee registration cancellations received in writing by NAHN by 6:00 PM EST, October 8th, 2021. There will be no refunds available after October 8, 2021, for in-person attendees.  Registrations cannot be transferred or gifted to another individual.

There are no cancelation refunds for virtual attendees. 

All in-person attendees can transfer their registration to attend virtually with no penalty to accommodate COVID restrictions. A refund of the difference to attend virtually will be issued. All virtual registrations are not refundable.

Virtual attendees must contact NAHN Staff by October 14, 2021, to switch to in-person registration, with an associated $150 increase in cost. 

Travel-related costs, including hotel reservations and airfare, are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
