Event App and CLEAR App FAQ

 

  1. How do I download the NAHN EventScribe mobile app? 

  • Scan the QR code below to download the app.

  • Use the same login and access key as the web version, OR select “Forgot Password”

  1. How do I download the CLEAR app? 

  • Download the CLEAR app and submit your “digital event card” 

  • Then, put in the code for our event EFATTENDEE4 

  • At registration, we will scan your QR code which will check you in and confirm that you completed all the steps. 

  • If you are having trouble registering, it may be because your first and last name on the app and on our registration list are different due to a hyphen or alternative last name. The CLEAR app requires you to use your full legal name, so if you didn’t register with that name, please contact - info@thehispanicnurses.org

  • *If you have issues uploading your vaccination card - Call 855-CLEARME 

 

  1. How long will on-demand sessions be available? 

  • On-demand sessions will be available until 2/19/2021  

 

  1. How do I get my CE Certificates? 

  • CE Certificates are downloaded directly from the EventScribe app/website. The total number of CE offered is 22.8. 

 

  1. When should we expect CE Certificates? 

  • You can download your CE certificates at any time.
