Conference Update (September 27, 2021)

Dear NAHN Members,

On behalf of the NAHN Board of Directors, we are excited to share that after re-evaluating the current options for the NAHN Annual Conference, we will continue to proceed as planned. We look forward to celebrating our culture, profession, and members in person in Puerto Rico from November 16-19, 2021. Please know that we are taking both attendee and local resident health concerns very seriously and will continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and state and local authorities related to travel, quarantine, meetings, and events.

For the last 18 months, we have worked to learn, heal, and teach others. This conference allows us the time to reinvest in our personal and professional development, making connections, having conversations, and celebrating the resilience of our spirits and the vital importance of our profession. We encourage you to engage in this exceptional conference during these exceptional times. You can view the detailed schedule to assist in planning your time, and be sure to register now to take advantage of early bird pricing through September 30th.

We commit to working with you to provide what you need, including safety protocols which we will be provided regularly as we prepare for the conference. We will be holding a Virtual Membership Town Hall on Monday, October 4th at 8 pm EST to hear your feedback, so please save the date.

We look forward to bringing our community together again to connect, share stories, learn best practices and help continue to elevate both our community and profession as we navigate our new normal. We hope to see you in Puerto Rico and very much hope you will join us!
