Exhibitors and Sponsors
Once payment has been received, the listed contact will be sent a link to the NAHN Expo Conference Portal to update your Company and representative information.

Confirmations with booth assignments will be sent upon completion of registration and payment. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. 
Please Register and Pay for Exhibit Booths and Sponsorships online. If you are not able to pay via credit card, please contact Donna Blake-Weems (dblake-weems@firstpointresources.com) for an invoice.

Exhibit Booth and Table Packages
All Exhibit packages include:
• Two full Conference passes (excluding Gala) – Third or more exhibit representatives are $150 each.
• Standard pipe and drape (not included for Tabletop packages)
• One 6’ draped table, two chairs, 7”x 44” booth ID sign, and trash can
• Your company and contact information listed in the Conference App
• Post Conference Attendee List (excludes phone, fax and e-mail information)


Exhibitor Scavenger Hunt (New in 2019!)
What is the Scavenger Hunt?
The Scavenger Hunt is a gamification feature in the NAHN Conference Mobile App. Attendees will find and scan a QR code at your company booth, then answer a multiple choice question that instantly appears. After an attendee scans your QR code to view your question, they will receive points if the question is answered correctly. An incorrect response requires them to re-scan and try again.

How does the Scavenger Hunt benefit booths?
Your company is being promoted within the NAHN Conference Mobile App when you are part of the scavenger hunt. The game will drive Conference Attendees to your company’s booth and allow you to build relationships with them.
The game is intended to spark a meaningful conversation between your company and our Attendees. Attendees will come to your booth to answer a question, but may lead to something more.
The Attendee who correctly answers the most  questions will win a prize.


Exhibitor Schedule
New in 2019 - expanded Exhibitor hours! NAHN has extended the opportunities for Attendees to access the Exhibit Hall. Based off feedback from our Exhibitors last year, we're moving lunch and breakfast into the room to allow for more time with conference attendees. Final conference agenda will be available April 15th.
Set-up (Time TBD): Tuesday, July 16th - Set-up hours are subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified if a change in hours is necessary. 
Dismantle (Time TBD): Thursday, July 18th - Do not dismantle or remove any part of your exhibit prior to show closing. The Official Show Decorator may, without incurring any liability or damage or loss, dismantle any property or any exhibitor who has failed to move out at the sole expense of the exhibitor. Dismantle hours are subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified if a change in hours is necessary.

June 14th, 2019 is the deadline for NAHN’s preferred rates.

Rates
King and Double Rooms starting at $120.00 per night plus $25.00 Resort Fee (+tax) Per Night or 13.00% Hotel Room Tax (subject to change). There will be a $2 Tourism Surcharge added to each paid room per night .

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Reservations will be subject to a one night charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Transportation
The Peppermill offers a free shuttle service to and from the Reno Tahoe Airport (RNO).
