Our mission is to promote Hispanic Nurses to improve the health of our communities and to advocate for access to culturally competent quality healthcare for all Hispanics. Additionally, we aim to encourage Hispanics to choose nursing as a career and for Hispanic Nurses to further their education, take on leadership and educational roles in the nursing profession. We are a small, but growing chapter of dedicated, professional nurses who strive to improve the health of our Hispanic communities and the advancement of Connecticut’s Hispanic nurses.
