2016 NAHN Vote

Candidate for 2016-2018 Nominating Committee:

Paule Joseph, PhD, MSN, FNP-BC

Relevant NAHN Experience:

I have been a NAHN member for many years. I learned about NAHN when I was a fairly new registered nurse. I still remember my first chapter meeting in NYC. Immediately, NAHN became an organization that provided me with guidance and many leadership opportunities. I was a Board member at the NY Chapter. I remained an active member even when I did not hold a leadership position.

Platform Statement

I have been an active member of this organization for many years. The mission and values of the organization are very important and provide guidance to both current and future Hispanic nurses. As a nurse scientist, I feel that both my research and leadership experiences will benefit NAHN. I will be truly honored to serve as a leader of NAHN. If elected, I will uphold the by-laws and the work in fulfilling the mission and goals. I look forward to serve the community.
