Latinos Saludables: An Outreach Program Model For Latino Vaccination in the United States

Too few adults in the US get their recommended immunizations despite vaccine availability. Furthermore, lower rates of vaccination exist in Latino communities throughout the U.S.

Join us for a webinar on March 13, 2014, at 8:00pm ET, where we will discuss "Latinos Saludables," a project providing opportunities to help improve vaccination rates, beginning with a project in Miami-Dade.

The session will explore:

  • The importance of adult vaccination
  • The Adult Vaccine-Preventable Diseases (VPDs)
  • Raising awareness of VPDs and encourage more adults to get vaccinated. Opportunities to get involved
