NAHN Does Not Support the Amicus Brief on Mayor Bloomberg's Appeal on the NYC Portion Control Measure
Washington, DC (March 28, 2013) — Recent news reports have erroneously stated that the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN) is participating in an amicus brief supporting Mayor Bloomberg's legal appeal on the beverage restriction in New York City. The National Association of Hispanic Nurses is NOT participating in this amicus brief.
The National Association of Hispanic Nurses supports and engages in multi-disciplinary, comprehensive solutions to the issues of childhood and adult obesity.
