Jacksonville University School of Nursing Joins NAHN as a Corporate Member

Washington, DC (Nov. 14, 2012) — The National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN) is pleased to announce that Jacksonville University School of Nursing has joined the NAHN Family as a Corporate Member.

The U.S. News & World Report-ranked and regionally accredited Jacksonville University (JU) is dedicated to providing top-quality education to nurses through its online RN to BSN and MSN degree programs.

The nursing programs, which are powered through University Alliance technology, feature 100% online classrooms with live chat rooms and message boards. The 24/7 access provides flexibility and convenience for RNs who want to enhance their professional qualifications while continuing to work.

Employment of RNs is projected to grow 26% nationally through 2020, federal officials say, with job prospects brighter for nurses who have a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or higher.

Financial assistance is available to talented RNs through the Jacksonville University Online RN to BSN Honor Scholarship. The scholarship is valued at 25% of the current tuition rate for online RN to BSN nursing courses. Applicants must be first-time students enrolling in JU’s RN to BSN online degree program and must have a 3.4 GPA or better.
